If I am going to say it I won't beat around the bush. I will be as plain as I can be.

I will let it go. What goes around comes around. They will get what they deserve sooner or later.

and btw, the tucker assessment was basically 10 questions related to the SCM field.
basic questions looked like from level 1 cips

10 of us in the conference room - 2 hrs to complete, questions like FAT and how is it beneficial, difference in a standards specification and a performance specification.

could tell by the looks on some faces, they didn't know what FAT was.

they mentioned that in the week long ad they ran, they received 400 applications

They asked relevant questions to weed out the paper qualified people over the actual qualified people. So I agree

i have no issue with that, better than what other larger companies do; the most i can say is i've done well over the past 20 years, now working on getting the paper (degree, final year); unlike some of them that get the degree first and then feel entitled.

started in 97 as a janitor for a south based contractor, then labourer, storesman etc
i can toot my own horn and say i'm one of the few in SCM that can read isometrics, P&ID, GA drawings, trace lines in the plant etc

you see them all them drawings you talking about i develop them from scratch, well except maybe P&id's, they are usually pre existing drawings that are passed on from contractor to client, i used to update them for MOC's.

Nah I have one account. And as far as I know I haven't been blacklisted anywhere. Yet.
I also have no idea who the individual is.
