save your money, that's too young, plus the attraction to those power wheels toys seems short-lived , my street is littered with them some houses have 2 and after a short time all were parked up no one uses them, The neighbours' children all use my daughter's scooter, trike and bike. At 8 months get a toy with lights and sounds

What kinda clips alyuh does use to hang icicle lights and outdoor decorations?

gutter clips, you can get em cheap at MET in Aranguez or expensive in Bhagwansinghs, the ones in Bhags can accommodate 3 types of lights so they more flexible depending on roof style
