None of the OLDER politishitians should be given posts , they are ALL the ones responsible for the bobol and thievery that will ensue. New blood should be given a chance to prove their worth................

Imbert knows very little about finance. His public utterances over the last 24 years suggest he knows little about economic development. Last time he was a minister he needed the simplest things explained to him about bonds, investments, auction markets etc. Farrell or Brooks would be better choices. I'm also not sure about a former soldier in public utilities. Seems an odd choice given that there
The other selections seem reasonable.

Agreed on Imbert-but Im wondering if his experience and KNOWING what advive to take from whom will be an advantage...lets face it Howai and Dooks were spineless and did not live up to expectations

I would take Farrel ...Brooks has to many ties to his very recent previous employer.
Use The Federal Reserve and the Goldman Sachs alma mater as a reference

Let us hope that Imbert recognizes his lack of financial knowledge and surrounds himself with knowledgable advisors.
It's a tough portfolio to be responsible for so I wish him the best of luck.
If you didn't like him before I'm sure you won't like him now given that he will have to implement significant cuts.

Well in the last administration even though Howai and Vasant were Ministers in Finance the adviser Jerry Hospedales ran the show. Colm just have to get his own Jerry Hospedales (or keep him).

Did you read the articles? The articles seem to contradict themselves. One says he will be Minister of Energy.

tentatively it's Deyalsingh for health, Fitzy for Sports, Stuart for Legal and Marlene for housing, I say tentatively because portfolios are being shifted about even now, about the only sure persons are Garcia for Education and Clarance for Agriculture

Would have loved to see Clarance in Trade. With all the talk of diversification away from oil and gas and Trade being the key Ministry in that initiative he seems to be pretty visionary and would be a nice fit.

Not really feeling Gerry Brooks for Trade given what will be needed.

That clip makes a lot of sense. +1 for Farrell as Minister of Finance. Gerry Brooks as Trade & Investment Minister? he does have a lot of business background so I would give him a chance.

Not feeling Imbert at all.

not a word from the same criticisers!

Calabar and Missing community centre Marlene Mc Donald in government is even worse than Faris.

Party start.

Kamla made her campaign a clear choice between her and Dr. Rowley. We choose Dr. Rowley.

They said they had the popular vote. They were wrong.

UNC needs to get their leadership in order before the criticize another govts cabinet. Otherwise Dr. Rowley will say about Kamla what Manning said about Panday, once she is Opposition Leader, I will always be Prime Minister.
