I think I normally go when the two young indian fellas cooking. And yeah they take long cuz most people seem to buy from them.

And yeah, Hassans gyros are average. The place across the road just as good but much shorter wait and less homeless people beggin for a "fries nah"

well the only 3 I know about on the cross is "Smiles", "Spicey Gyro" & "Jumbo Gyro"...lol..."Smiles" his meats ah real seasoned..."Spicey" his meats are mildly seasoned with a lot of Geera, but with the sauces it works out great, not too upsetting...and well "Jumbo Gyros" his chicken tastes like Chatoor's chicken...lol...and his gyros ah rather messy!...would however highly recommend both Spicey Gyros & Smiles if allyuh down by the Cross!

I sometimes buy in trincity on the main road halfway between Dinsley and Cane Farm by the fruit shed. They still real good but back in they day (like 7-8 years ago) they used to just fill the whole blender regardless of what size you order. I used to pay for a small and end up with a large and a small.

I bought a fig and peanut from a lil ole man opposite St. Charles RC Church in Tunapuna recently and it was pretty good. A lil sweet but it was the fig cause he went easy on the condensed milk.

I guess everyone is different, we always try something different it's always good. had a jumbo hot dog last week $15 not bad at all, it was very tasty and fulling.

Noticed Pricesmart dropped back their prices on the Ribeye down from 204/kg to 179.99/kg.

Bought a pack @ POS location yesterday.

Buy some decent cuts from blooms or pricesmart and cook it yourself, the way some 'elitists' talk, you'd think steak is something like alchemy or rocket science. It's just collagen deficient meat seared and rested with the most basic seasoning.

a basic cast iron pan and a good digital thermometer to determine when to stop
skip the "green" seasoning too, lol
