i have what appears to be a white mould problem in my home. I used vinegar but that was ineffective. i used a sodium hypochlorite spray and it seemed to work.
My concern is that the sodium hypochlorite spray smells very toxic, i had to use a gas mask, eye protection and gloves.
I need to know
1-how to prevent the mould from returning
2- is there an effective alternative to the sodium hypochlorite spray that is not as toxic?
3 - are there any local companies that deal with this? I couldn't find any in the directory
the white mould spreads real quick. It appeared a couple days after i painted my wall with a water based latex, maybe the moisture triggered an outbreak, but it is a health concern for me.
