Don't do this.
Although I agree with what you are saying, there are many people who don't seem to care about the 'quality' of their images. I've had many people show me pictures that they thought were the 'greatest pictures ever taken' even though the images were out of focus, grainy and either severely under or over exposed. And this from people who can well afford to pay for a professional.RBphoto wrote:Computerman wrote:Why not?RBphoto wrote:SMc wrote:take them yourself...or seeing that everyone and their dog has a camera in form or the other just ask everyone there to send you the pics they take on the day and compile an album yourself

Because it never really works out. Having a professional document everything with competent equipment and an eye for detail will ensure good pictures. At the end of the day, you really only want 10 great shots to document any life occasion. Having 1500 crappy shots is an injustice to the birthday kid. Even I, with over $20,000.00 in camera equipment got two photographers for my baby's first birthday because nobody ever has time to force the perfect picture and manage an event. Nobody felt pressured to even take out a cell phone because they knew ( and were told) that the photographers will be covering the event. I was not disappointed.

Digimaco wrote:Thanks! So far Cariszone has the best price. Cheaper than my skybox calculation too.
