squat. every. Day. Serious.

Legs are a different beast. I work out 4 times a week, sometimes 5. As im in a deficit now, im keeping it 4 times a week. Unlike other body parts, I work legs each time I work out. I do squats, and one or 2 assistance (quad extension, leg press, hamstring curls etc). reverse pyramid style, 3 sets for each exercise, heavy weights, low reps (first set, heaviest set, 2-5 reps, 2nd set 5-8, 3rd set 8-10) . Macros on point, hit my protein and fats macros daily with just a 5g give or take difference.

Wish more people would realize that weight doesn't matter, technique and form come first.

exactly, form first, ass to grass and if your squat ends up looking like good mornings then drop the weight and do it in good form, but to add one more thing, nutrition. You tear muscle down in the gym and rebuild them in the kitchen.

thanks man, i have a screwed up left knee from my football days, it clicks all the time when I go low, i does just wrap that sheit up tight, at 36 years old I doh play, joints not what it used to be. You should wrap yours up even if it feels fully recovered.

Besides the injury, i always used to get the "click" whnever i go ass to grass, did a bit of research on it and seems alot of ppl have it so i never worried about it.

Remember i saw a pic of Trac on here, when he went to sweat with the fellas and was surprised he was so outta shape, with all the tork he have on here. :lol:

remember to deload after 4 weeks. The 5th week, do all reps at 50% weight for the entire 5th week.
Then on the 6th week ramp back up full beast, u would notice that you either lifiting more or reping more after your week of deload.
