How about telling us about it after you attend, while giving it your honest and best effort.

If people here told you what to expect, then what is the point of the interview? You will be placed at an unfair advantage to other candidates who are being honest. What you are trying to do is cheat, cheating is not being honest. How about you use the internet to gather general knowledge about psychometric assessments and plug it into your database for future use? You people want life easy, you want to be a lazy cnut and expect everyone else to do YOUR work for you. If I worked at Eastman I would trace your IP and disqualify you from the interview solely based on your clear intent to cheat.

Life isn't easy, man the fcuk up and prepare yourself properly for the interview. Chances are you won't be suitable for any real job because of your lazy and parasitic attitude and approach to this phenomena we call REAL LIFE. I am ashamed that you people breathe the same air as diligent humans. Matter of fact your post pisses me off so much that I do in fact know people at Eastman and i'm sending this thread to them.

Irate?

Psychometric testing is built to suit the needs of the employer. Different employers require unique skills set, eg they may want someone that can work in a team or by themselves ect. Not all test are the same and it can spot bullsh*ters a mile away. Best way to sit the test is to answer as truthfully as you can. If Public servants took this test Trinidad would have had a world class service rather that someone looking for a paycheck with a bad lazy attitude.

Opie, they does ask how big the piggy is and then laugh at your answer. This is done to see your reaction to their laughing at your small piggy. It tests mental stability
