i dont get how ppl can actually compare the 4s to the s3....only thing the 4s has over it is build quality....but when it comes to features the 4s doesnt even come close...
i must admit that its nice having an iphone and an ipad (as i previously did) just to say you have them both but when it comes down to practicality it just doesnt make sense cuz ur iphone cant do much more than you ipad can do for you other than making a phone call...file sharing is nice though but whats even nicer is having an android phone with an iOS tablet....or for the ppl who still holding onto their BB devices with their dear lives, a BB handset and an apple tab...
much more windows and possibilities open to you than having an iOS phone and iOS tab...android phones are just better IMO...except for the premium build quality...

Nahhhh I pirated some docs apps that were around 10 dollars. Thing is I had all intentions to pay but seeing that I had such a hard time with apple and my credit card I decided to give up on them. I'm happy I didn't pay either though because I don't use my I pad anymore lol and my iPhone 4s is another dust collector. I was gonna give them away to a cousin of mine but she giving her parents too much attitude so I gonna make her wait a bit longer lol.

Had a friend with that problem..he read somewhere to stick the end of the charger up the charging port, soft as his 4S now. Some people used WD40 on it too.

According to The Sun (UK), Bruce Willis is considering a suit against Apple over the terms and conditions of its iTunes service. The actor has collected a huge music library, and “wants to leave the haul to his daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah. But under iTunes’ current terms and conditions, customers essentially only ‘borrow’ tracks rather than owning them outright. So any music library amassed like that would be worthless when the owner dies.”
Die harder, indeed! Willis may set up a trust for his tunes to get around the problem, but in the meantime, he is “also backing legal moves to increase the rights of downloaders,” according to The Sun.
The story quoted London estate attorney Chris Walton, as saying, “Lots of people will be surprised on learning all those tracks and books they have bought over the years don’t actually belong to them. It’s only natural you would want to pass them on to a loved one.”
This is obviously a slight story on a holiday weekend, but it raises an important issue, both about digital media in general and also about user’s awareness of the terms and conditions of the sites they patronize. If we are used to “owning” our music and then we switch to another method of purchasing it, how much does Apple need to do to change our perception that we do not still “own” our downloads? As with many other things in tech (privacy on Skype, for instance) it is more a matter of not correcting our misconceptions than engaging in outright deception.
The family angle, Willis’ celebrity and his penchant for populist advocacy, gives his challenge to iTunes a broad appeal. Apple would do well to address his concerns politely. I thought I owned my tunes, too!
