when current gone and mammy and daddy upstairs sleeping.

open a tin of sardine, take of clothes.
rub sardine all over body, moreso over the nipples area.
(i suggest brunswick in soybean oil)

lie down on the back step...wait for your 3 dogs to come.

close eyes. pretend is 3 women licking your body.

hope that current doesnt come back on.
and then go bathe.

dogs dont like peanut butter to much....they wud just lick a few times and go away
(i learnt this from past experience)

but with the sardine...man they wont stop licking...and when u leave a bit of sardine round yuh nipples...the dogs actually eat it off.

feels good man.

when night reall hot.
no ac, no fan..and yuh sweating in yuh bed. Yuh need cooling from inside.
so get some ice cubes from the fridge before it melt out.

suck on some ice, and push one or two blocks of ice up your bottom.

its tingles at first, but then you feel the coolness rising up and pervading your whole being.
it slowly dissolves and you get feelings that you cannot explain.

try it yuh might like it.
