Are Venezuelans being paid well enough to be paying BIR taxes??
I find it hard to believe any significant portion of them are here and working for >$7,500/month

Anand is covered in muck. He will be a very bad choice. I do not care how "bestest" he might be.
Jagdeo is also questionable but will quicker get a pass.
