Actually no...putting October 7th aside or prior to October 7th, the Israeli forces have killed more Palestinians. If you do your research you would discover the great numbers of Palestinians dead at the hands of the Israeli forces, far exceeding the total number of Israeli killed in the riots listed.adnj wrote:Yes.Jerry84 wrote:Ok ..I understand. Prior to April 1948, the vast majority of mass killings in Mandatory Palestine were carried out by Arabs and the majority of the victims were Jews.
If you want to play the victim by nailing yourself onto a cross, there is no place better than doing it in the Holy Land.
Historically, about 20 times as many Palestinians as Israelis die as a consequence of a Hamas attack on Israel.
That continues to hold true.
If the persons dying are not guilty of or convicted of any offense, that's murder... Especially as they are fenced around and the gates are regulated by the people killing them.adnj wrote:Yes.Jerry84 wrote:Ok ..I understand. So therefore, those of you who reside in trinidad, despite you having a deed to show ownership of your property, with this mentality your property really belong to the original settlers in trinidad, the Amerindians.
If they come and claim YOUR property then, but your principle, they are the legitimate owners and could kill you and your family for it?
Why do you continue to encourage the extremists in here. Let them rant among themselves and the various dummy accounts of the tuner dummy.redmanjp wrote:what they learning in those schools? math and science? or how to kill jews and become a terrorist?
What are the repercussions for non compliance?Bad Dog wrote:NuttyYahoo said he would not comply with the court's ruling even before the court made a decision. At least Israel didn't get the case thrown out as they wanted. Note: Israeli judge Barak agreed with the majority on part 3 and 4 of the court's order and only judge Julia Sebutine from Uganda did not agree with the court's order.
The ICJ decides that Israel must take all measures to prevent death and injury, and provide the full scope of humanitarian needs to Palestinians which includes access to food, medicine, infrastructure, etc. Israel must file a report on the remedial actions within one month of the ruling.
Also, the U.S., UK, Germany and others can now be accused and punished for complicity of genocide if they do not immediately refrain from providing Israel the weapons to commit genocide.
So, what happens if Israel ignores the decision? The ICJ has no means of enforcing it's decision. Tuner Zionists will be Happy.

The Bay Area federal judge in a case accusing President Joe Biden of aiding genocide against Palestinians in Gaza has asked the opposing sides questions that appear to signal he plans to dismiss the suit because the case involves political rather than legal issues. On Wednesday, two days before a hearing in the suit by Palestinian-rights groups against Biden and two top aides, U.S. District Judge Jeffrey White of Oakland told lawyers for the plaintiffs and the government to be prepared to answer these questions: “Under what authority can the Court, in effect, exercise its judgment over and reverse United States foreign policy decisions and assess whether Israel has transgressed limits imposed by international law? How is this not a quintessential political question best left to the coordinate branches of government?” referring to the executive branch and Congress.
