From MY experience, once you perform well at your job (or if you're female and lalla sampling it) your pay does raise quickly....

Buddy I work at pt lisas and the last company that I knew had a shut down was pcs nitrogen but that finished about 2 weeks ago... check sis I think they have contracts for most of the shut downs...good luck man.
