PRE AMP PROBLEM.....HELP PLZZZ

I HAVE A POWER ACOUSTIK PMW-20 PRE AMP AND I AM RUNNING 2 AMPS ONE 4 CH AN ONE 2 CHANNEL FOR MIDS AN BASS RESPECTIVELY..PROBLEM IS....WHEN I CONNECT FROM BEHIND MY DECK INTO THE FRONT OUTPUT AND JACK IN THE RCA'S TO THE PREAMP THE MIDS IS PLAYING ALL THE BASS AND THE SUB ISNT GETTING ANY FEED AT ALL....HELP PLZZZ

What deck? Does it have a hpf? Is it switched on?

The 2ch, the on board xover is set to hpf or lpf?

Chances are if your deck has a hpf it has a lpf too and maybe an eq so you wasting time with a preamp.

there are two knobs... the big one tunes the bandwidth of the frequency and the other to boost or cut. you probably just have the big knob turned all the way up making the bandwidth large enough to pick up the other frequency ranges with it. Make sure the sub RCA is coming from the "sub out" port into the 2 channels for the subs. Also check the amp to make sure that a HPF isn't on the amp or any strange crossover or EQ settings are on the amp.
