I am looking for genuine honey that is sold in the larger supermarkets. Any suggestions?

Look for apiary number. Dont mind sugar crystals, that is a normal phenomenon called granulation. Look for pollen dust. If its clear it could be high fructose corn syrup which can be used to stretch or substitute honey.

It has come to our attention that the honey branded as "Rani and Son's" is currently under investigation for Mislabeling.

All Rani and Son's bottles with the fraudulent use of Apiary Number 1658 is being removed from circulation.

The TTBA is urging the public to report such incidence to the Food and Drug Inspectorate at 623-5242, 624-5968, 623-2834

Please be guided accordingly.

so today just after midday i passing by chase village triangle & i see honey selling northern side d road , reminded me of this thread , $180\bottle

not to bash so i asking , i see hot sun hot hitting it : wud that affect it in any way ? ....
