Im just pointing out that based on factual action taken-it is ONLY Kamla that led the govt that took dictatorial action while in power.
It was Kamla and Anand who lock up citizens with out charge

It is Kamla that pull the Mugabe moves.
No one else.
:D
Pointing out the truth can only be a defense of the right.

But I understand your chestburn.

Not to mention the deliberately mismanaged economy and resources of Zimbabwe which lead to complete internal collapse of the nation, and mass starvation and suffering of his own people. And here he has died in peace with no answer for his crimes.

With those facts, study some callers on radio today downplaying the sins of Mugabe and deflecting to the white man and colonialism lol

It time the government give a way one ticket for all those African activists that want to head back to their homeland if they so believe in Mugabe.

This nation is under siege and if that’s what it takes for a population to feel somewhat safe, then so be it.

Yes.
Saddam, just like most other middle east leaders, tend to be fighting and suppressing forces in their realm, that are far worse than them. When those leaders are ousted, the rebel forces take over and the place goes to hell.

What I wrote on a BBC thread, mugabe had the right goal, but took the wrong path.

Who don't know, should research the Rhodesian bush war, Lancaster agreement and land reform in Zimbabwe and see where the economic collapse came from.

That's was needed to deal with PNM criminals and should be reserved for these kind of people. I say enforce it again. I don't see these people as citizens they are scum that are fed from a mob of a rats arse government .

Very true. This type of behavior and criminality is destroying our nation. No where is safe anymore.

Mugabe's level of thievery, corruption, favoritism and greed was only matched by Kams and the PP band of BANDITS during the dark and evil period of 2010- 2015.

So 'invoking' a law and leaving it to the courts is a dictator move.

Ok.
Of course.invoking is more Section 34/SOE vibes than the DPP deciding to charge Duke.

It staggers the sane imagination that Busy Signal can call Mugabe a Great Man?
He also call Castro a great man
he also call Che Guevara a great man well actually Che probably was a great man but just look at Cuba today his intentions were good but the outcome pretty much forever destroyed Cuba

What exactly Mugabe did to even be considered great?

UNC was one, don't forget the NAR in 1990, and one of your Gods Patos, who saw it fit to declare an SOE for a certain part of POS just so he could arrest Occah Seepaul. Nice try, but there are people here who actually lived through those events, so your appeal to the uninformed is not going to work. Redman full a chit as usual.

PNM is the only party that ever bann a true citizen from returning to his home.

Stokely Carmichael was banned by PNM to comming back to native Trinidad.

This is how dumb PNM is

His call for Black Power in 1966 would reverberate globally. When TT had its own Black Power revolution in 1970, the authorities, fearful of his influence, banned him from returning home.

Elections aside Mugabe did provide free to affordable health care and education to a country, whose population was under non-black rule and Colonialism. Whose main source of work would be working on the farms owned by the minority He went to Catholic School as a boy where a priest told him that all should be equal. During schooling in South Africa meet what would be other non-white leaders to free their respective countries from Colonial Rule. Delivered Independence for Zimbabwe. As the saying goes he went from a teacher to politician to liberate his people to what would be called a tyrant may be.

We are bombarded with Western media.

Hitler did similar great things to make Germany into a world superpower. Just because leaders have done good in a few places, we cannot ignore the other side of the coin. We live in a society with rules that we all accept and adhere to with the understanding that that is what makes us part of modern civilization. That's like saying Pablo Escobar was the most generous man in Colombian history and doesn't deserve to be painted the other negative way by US media.

Mugabe was really a tyrant. He could have taken the path of great black leaders of peace in the face to the most extreme prejudice like Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King Jr. (not that they were perfect men themselves). But he didn't. He was a murderous racist. And then his own people when that agenda was complete...
