the car story... how dotish is that? Walk with $27k in cash to buy a car on the Harris Promenade?
I thought everyone knows that the procedure is to meet at the Police Station, and then pay with a certified cheque if everything checks out. Why would a seller want cash up front immediately unless he had a different motive?
