How do you get a building permit for a 5 story Bld?

How is it possible to get a LEGAL building permit for a 5 story apartment building in the middle of Petite VAlley when everyone else around the entire area is limited to only a single 2 story dwelling place?

Where is this ? Is this a residential area and is there a maximum height for buildings in a residential area ?

But whether it’s a specific city engineer or not does it mean it’s possible but they make it more difficult for other people versus it’s all out banned from happening

its not more difficult
you just gotta follow the process and go with the flow
mind you you still have to file the docs etc, just have the grease ready whenever it is required

So nowadays people can’t get away with nonsense as long ago so once someone wants to build a high building they can do it once it’s safely done . I assume before men wanted to cut corners but there is more accountability

People mixing up the past , is it that these buildings are all out not permitted ? Can someone go through the normal channels which may take some time and actually build them ?
