Always ran into him at Massey Glencoe, always showed keen interest in my business ventures and always lent advice and encouragement, and well we all visited his shop, that's another story by itself .

RIP my gentle friend, will surely miss running into you, a genuine good guy , a very rare commodity these days.

Strength and peace to the family in this very difficult time, please be comforted by the wonderful memories.

I met Garvin over ten years ago at his shop on long circular road. Needless to say I became a loyal customer as I immediately learnt he was an honest businessman and friendly down to earth guy. Late last year Garvin extended his help to my wife and I in a chance meeting. He insisted he helped us out. Though I do not know all the facts surrounding his passing, I can certainly say that he did not deserve to die like that. Not a soul like his.
May his family find comfort and strength in this difficult time of loss.
RIP brother.
