Market value for 1.5ha of commercial land in curepe would be impossible to determine in such a short period of time. Comparables for a private/govt worker to even find in such an area is a monumental task. And you cant go with profits method cause that place wasnt wukking for years.

They probably just throw them a $4000-5000 a square metre and call that george

Thereabouts if they did sell at that rate, cant help but feel as if that still lower than open market for that area tbh.

Even if one says that the govt not going to use it for commercial purposes, the thing about acquisitions is that the intended purpose is not allowed to affect the valuation in any way; so it must be valued and sold as commercial.

1. How much did he pay?

2 source of funds and who else owns it with him?

3 when and why did he purchase ?

4 Is the AG going to investigate like he did with Eden Gardens?

5 Why is he the Minister in charge of the project still when he has a vested interest in the sale of the land?
