Yup good job...very practical. Major part of recycling is assessing application and practicality.

the idea had initially started as just using pallets and sanding them down and painting....and ending there

it end up being this

wheels, underliner (the black stuff all around it)
medium density foam, scotchguard fabric for the cushions

they real comfortable though

next time if i hadda actually do it to leave in a completely outdoor setting, it will just sand down and paint and seal loll

3 pallets per chair

ill have to check but basically its
2 pallets for the bottom piece
some 2x1 inch rough wood to secure the back pallet at a slight angle to the bottom two pallets

and thats it

paid $50 to the upholsterer to sew each cushion (6 chairs so 12 cushions)

the foam itself cost me $2400 (medium density foam expensive, 6 sheets @ 400 each...or was it 4 sheets $600 each....)

daisys has a scotchguardlike material for $20 a yard as opposed to what i THINK is the original scotchguard material at other places for $60 a yard
