Can anyone else confirm this? isn't the due date the end of the month? cause the bill it said I owed was $391 so I only paid half of that, I never had this happened before, as the bill to pay was always $196

Yeah I can also confirm it's beginning of the month, the due date is around when they call you and tell you to pay, they moving like it's pre paid
