Vessel is 32' wide built with two 150hp engines fully equipped with everything that a boat needs to make that trip he usually have enough gas to go tobago and back trinidad wud try to post more pics later

i have been successful to pull some decent size catfish at Kings Wharf area opposite the PTSC yard, even with frozen squid as bait. Squid works excellent because it doesnt come off the hook easy.

I went last night near d second bocas to try to catch some cubera but the tarpon ent give anything a chance... caught a few around 20 pounds and up( all released) on d rods on livebait and we lost some bigger ones when they take d banking rigs and running up and using d heavy sinker to throw d hook..

So, after much reading, the reel it came with is a Shakespeare Ugly Cast.... which only holds up to about 75 yards of 10lb string.... Is there any place u could recommend getting a somewhat not expensive bait casting or spinning reel to use on this here rod?

I fish weekend before this one, daylight down the islands. Real pressure fish hardly bite. We end up holding some small salmon and big jacks between 3 and 5 pm.

Had real real plenty birds and bait schools all over, real boats were throwing artificials and live bait, but salt, nothing bit. It looks like the same jacks were mashing up the bait all over.
