Island hobbies

But I really recommend buying it online instead. Quadcopters in Trinidad are really overpriced and they tend to rip you off. I've only seen once place in long circular mall sell reasonable and as close to what they're actually worth.

Also don't buy those cheap knock off quadcopters like syma etc
Get a DJI phantom 3 standard as a beginner quad, or wait for the mavic. The phantom 3 standard or the 4K, cause that will do all that you need, and you'll prob end up just keeping that cause it works perfect unless you get really into the hobby and wanna move up to something more Pro like an inspire.

There are lots of other good brands out there like walkera, blade, yuneec, 3DR etc

But brands such as syma might completely turn you off from the hobby lol

Just some advice

I bought a Yuneec Typhoon 4K at the beginning of this year and it's really good for the price. I particularly like that the controller has its own touch screen so you don't have to use your phone. And it has a motion speed setting that moves the drone in gradual motion even if you jerk the control stick, it smoothes out all the jerky motion

Thinking of getting one. I read in another post that you also flew the q500 4k which is the one I'm eyeing winc it has the smart stick as well for the camera gimbal.

Having flow ln both, which would you say is a better choice for my recreational purposes and the odd aerial photography at some outdoor sports events with the kids?

Also, did you register your drone and apply for an operator certificate with CAA?

Haven't registered it yet.

I'm actually selling my Q500 4K with the handheld and the smart stick and android based touchscreen controller.

The Q500 is perfect for those activities.

Mavic pro is awesome , the multiple flight modes sweeet and those modes make great vids , and the extra tech they put in it like obstacle avoidance is a game changer, only thing I prefer phantom series is those drones bigger and heavier than mavic, so you fly a lil more confident in windy conditions , mavic sensors tell me large wind velocity even if there is no wind and alot of mavic owners lost theirs due to wind.

can you pm me some pics of all items being sold? How much run time you estimate you put on the q500 4k?

Curious though, why did you upgrade to the typhoon h?

Send the Parrot Drone back to the Vendor ( the company from where purchased ).

Get RMA etc., and ask Blue to send it back.

Go onto Amazon and send to an Aeropost skybox.

Customs seized how would it be returned if they seized it? I wanted to know if you meant something else.

RMA # = Return Merchant Authorization number.

You go to your Vendor and send it back via a RMA.

Then tell Blue Skybox to send it back .

Not all Customs personnel are the same .
