Port 80 is usually blocked from flow's side. For DVR etc I just use 85 and port forward to that

I did change the port to 85 but it's saying now connection refused

Did you open the port on the flow modem and your router? Give them a call their internet technical department actually has some knowledgeable individuals once you get lucky.

Anyone knows how to login the Arris CM820 flow modem? The password of the day is not working. It says "Invalid Password."

User name admin password is password all lowercase

It locks up sometimes and they have to reset it at their end before you can log in even with the pw of the day.

Can't wait for digi play here in Freeport na... Flow working like garbage... Constant breaks in service have me going mad

Not as good as it should be , router reset several times per day .

Phone survey I gave them 6/10 , should have been a lower rating.

no problems at all had it about you year only fault i have is probably once a month the wifi gives trouble which is simple fixed by rebooting

1) Channels - Check the different packages to see if the y have the channels you want
2) Video quality - 1080i last time I checked. Massy is 1080p and not sure what Digicel is, but I can't really tell the difference when I sitting bout 7-10 feet from the TV
3) Uptime - If you have any Flow services now, you should have an idea of how often it gives trouble (in your area at least)
4) Price - Well that is for you to decide if you think it worth it or not.

You might get some free channels for a limited time too depending on if they have any promotion.
