Take it to F1 Connect or one of the approved Apple Repair centers and they should be able to sort it out for you.neexis wrote:So here's a new one... lately I've found that the trackpad on my mid 2014 MBP has been feeling strange and not able to click except for the lower right side. Googled the issue and apparently the batteries on some of these notebooks swell and affect the trackpad. Makes sense now since I've noticed that it didn't really sit on the rubber pads when it was on a table and slide around easily. I thought it was due to my table being warped, but theres a fair amount of bulge on the underside of this.
Also likely explains why the computer has run on the warm side in the past 18 months or so.
SD card slot died around 8 months, now this. Gotta love that premium Apple quality

No sir.
DO NOT jb on 10.1....that was strictly a Beta
10.2 Jb with stability and more reliable workings is out since last Tues. And was advised not to go do it on the i7 or i7+

Started happening to me recently for no reason. Restarting the device didn't work either.
Had to end up replacing the sim to sort it out.

Happened to me once when I swapped sim in another country and returned here. The carrier has to do a reset.

I ran with a spotty track pad for a while thinking it was due to the case being bent due to a few drops....turned out to be the swollen battery...Amazon sells the battery and the track pad-EASY to change both yourself...and while you in there you might want to switch the hard drive....less than an hr
That said my original track pad works perfectly after I removed the swollen battery..you would be surprised the pressure created by the battery swelling

Anywhere in Trinidad I can get an Apple Watch repaired?
I placed my watch to charge on the official Apple charger and when I picked it up the back sensor stuck to the charger
