I hope parents see the need for child restraint devices in their vehicles now. Too often we see children under 5 standing or in a lap in vehicles.

Why would one be speeding on the PBR and doing so at night? This is the second accident in the East in the last few months that has taken multiple lives from braking a red light . Part of a work force wiped out and now a mother and her two toddlers. Many times when passing there I almost expect some idiot t on the PBR to be breaking the light. Count to 3 after the light changes and some cacasplat would be still coming through the lights.

From the video the light is full red on the PBR , yet the driver seems not to apply any brakes at all and proceed through the red light.

Lack of enforcement.
The police that killed those people on the Beetham..remains out and about.

This guy will move on as well.

Just had to let a small maxi go thru the red by Railway Road/PBR intersection. If I had gone on my green,he woulda clean me up. Steups.....

People head hard yes.

When crossing ANY part of the PBR, low down music and check the road. Idiots are everywhere.

Just asking these laws with regard to car/booster seats apply to taxi drivers also?

Just using your comment to respond to ppls amazement of speeding on the PBR.. It's the near perfect setup.. Esp at nights.. Long stretches of empty road with most of the lights on red most of the time. It's a far more common practice than ppl are led to believe. That SAME car broke the light by me: omeara road earlier that night.... Was liming with a colleague in the licensing car park and he was just as amazed. Happens more than on the highway.. Breaking of traffic lights.

If men wanna break the light, at least stop, make sure it clear and then go through the red, don't just fly through at top speed

Why are there so many accidents and murders for 2017? Is it because of carnival? Recession? Or is it kamla fault?

I was heading south bound just after caroni and saw 4 fire trucks and 2 ambulance units with siren blaring heading north. I wonder if this was the scene they were heading too. Pics anyone ?

People have been saying that Taxi are exempt from the child seat rules but I don' think so (I could be wrong). The law mentions vehicles with 1 row of seating being exempt but taxi's have two, and they mention public transport vehicles, would that mean only PTSC buses?

Miata's exempt apparently lol

Question for those who make this drive on a daily basis... If you're coming out from diwali nagar and you wish to go caroni savannah road.... Do you make the quick u-turn after the 3-4 white concrete barriers or do you go around the roundabout???? I saw a couple of hero drives so I'm wondering what is the right thing to do

I go around the roundabout. The u-turn is illegal.
