not yet but will keep you in mind

have only really used it to take apart old pallets to reclaim wood from good quality ones.
but I have second thoughts about using old pallets as I got a stone embedded deep in one the other day
which messed up my jointer blades.

Hi, anyone ever seen one of this locally. I'm interested in buying one.
I'm looking for a miter saw to purchase and I also would like to cut some RHS now and then. One option I was considering is buying a Bosch from allied, and putting a metal cutting blade. But that won't work.
If I ship tru Aeropost shipping is coming up to nearly twice the cost of the saw.
Any ideas shared pertaining to my predicament will be appreciated, thanks.

I have the evolution rage metal cutting circular saw, paid $50usd reconditioned on ebay, a steal.

bought it when I was building a large gate for my house, used it for everything, cutting rhs, sheet metal long cuts as well as cutting up the old gate to dump. Was worth it for me.
Was recommended on weldingweb forums by many guys due to the price.

Their prices are a little cheaper and the tool is not quite as heavy weight as other brands but I had not problem with it.

That is pretty cheap for a sliding miter saw.

You need to look at the reviews on the accuracy, that is where the differences are, some are very sloppy
with the angle adjustments and the sliding rails.

Metal cutting blades are a bit more expensive. The motor also runs lower rpm more torque.

If I was a pro welder I would buy a metal cutting chop saw instead of abrasive,
they are much more accurate and leave a clean edge.

Use seabox shipping, cheaper and within a week and half.

Evolution specializes in saws which can cut metal as well as wood with carbide tipped blade.
Motor runs at lower rpm and the blades are a little different than a regular carbide blade.

You can't cut metal with a regular saw and carbide blade.

Care to mention which Bhagwansingh you see it. The first guy that said they saw it had mistaken it for a de walt.
Apparently there is a local dealer for evolution tools in Siparia. If there is somewhere else selling the same item I dont mind checking it out.
