I do believe what you speak of is called "febreeze for beethamites".

Not all of the fires would be set by someone. Sometimes it's just a chemical reaction in the garbage that creates enough heat to start a fire. This case of 12 happening on the same day is highly unlikely to have been coincidental spontaneous combustion though.

Beethamites set fire to dump in spite.
Beethamites suffer respiratory ailments.
Taxpayers pay for their health care.

only way to stop Beethamites is bullet to frame..would take a lot more than smoke to control those pests

NOT the Landfill. The mangroves to the east of the landfill - that side of the landfill site is covered and firemen are trying to get into the mangrove but it's proving difficult.

Slash and burn agriculture is what's taking place in the mangrove. There is a group of so called farmers that deliberately set fire to the swamp every year and flee the scene till the smoke clears and return to plant ,I have seen it for my self. Don't it have some kind of law to prevent people farming on land cleared by slash and burn?

they installing pipes across the highway so the sheit water from the landfill could flow easier into beetham....beethamies usually use this water for daily activities such as bathing, drinking, cooking and washing...hence their smell
