The mgw is less than 2500kg so they can do 80 legally.

If I'm not mistaken, all goods vehicles are limited to 65kph, whether or not their mgw is below or exceeds 2540kgs.

Yup looked only one direction and darted across. .. driver was speeding as well . A miracle this man alive.
