a guy in chase village does work like that - opposite where d chicken depot is , his place is on d western side of d road , u will see d steel rack with flare bumpers in front his house...

looks like a drift based kit.
to pull off that look, you will need some wide arse rims with a killer offset.

Full kit for my car is around 500 pounds plus shipping so for me fabricating it might cost a lot more cheaper.
