My flow break down apparently.

Anyone else? DS and us solid orange while online blinking green.

Any ideas to what that might mean? Tried calling but phone cut off after my $20 phone run out since flow toll free is actually a gimmick

Seems to be wide because I am from st helena. Was playing path of exile when it cut off. Guess I will have to continue the loot farming tomorrow. Assuming this actually comes back up

Back up though miami speed tests are complete useless all kinda weird 30mb and crap so I had to use elsewhere. Its supposed to read 60mb but I ain't complaining because I actually do get 60mb if I am say downloading a game on steam or something or if using torrent I do get 60mb but it don't show up on speed tests and different parts of the US has different results for whatever reason.

You would think that Miami would be faster.

They sending a technician in 2 weeks because they are booked up. When I had blink it was terrible but technicians use to come next day or 2 for the most. Flow very poor service....

They said it was and upgrade and normal youtube on my smart tv sticking? Really thinking about digicel. They were doing a big sign up drive in my area. Waiting to get some feedback on performance. But then again, flow had started up real good too.

Both upload and download on my box been orange for about two months now. But speeds are reasonably on point.
Tech came and checked it and said nothing wrong and it working good.
Everything streaming good so I not complaining.

Anyone know if flow arris modems are old and outdated? And if I order my own arris modem if flow would activate it and would I see any improvement.. My cousin upgraded his plan and got an upgraded modem (a big arris modem with blue lights) and man the internet there runs like a beast... I got 1ms ping on wifi

This has been asked MANY times. No it cannot be done. That modem is the MoCA modem. You could probably ask them to upgrade you.

Anybody else internet and cable down? I'm in California

UPDATE #1- Called flow, spent 15mins and got cut off then called back and spent another 15mins, they said a tree fell on a line in Couva, T&tec already cleared the tree, they conducting repairs right now, should be back up during the evening. Approximately 3000 customers affected.

UPDATE #2- Came back up sometime after 12 last night

What exactly caused Flow's decline in service? Are they not maintaining their system? When I had them years ago it was fine, and with each upgrade in speed things got worse and worse. Things I usually do online I can no longer do, and get random disconnects and have to reset the modem often. They show no issues on their end, so I hit a wall. Are they being sabotaged? Or do they just not care? Are things in flux in terms of upgrading/maintaining with all the acquisition stuff? I'm changing provider but they really let me down past year.

Not sure if sabotage

Or if they haven't maintained or upgraded their infrastructure..... Then put even more strain on it by increasing speeds in fear of fibre providers
