To steep or not to steep

Who here lets their juice steep?
Is it really a thing?

The juice has been sitting in the bottle for weeks/months, so what's different in your tank that needs steeping? The cotton?

Not sure what you mean by cotton and tank wrt steeping.

Your e juice however in some instances benefit from steeping, flavor enhances a bit, smoother, some no difference except getting darker. It would depend on where you got your e juice though, most premium are pre-steeped and/or rely on shipping and shelf time to compete the process.

I have tasted a difference with complex juices eg some kilo where other flavors become more prominent after steeping.

was asking about the cotton/tank cause I know guys who leave juice in the tank to steep. But never really saw the point in that

Me neither, a lot of juice would have some water in it, leaving it to sit soaking on a metal coil is just asking for trouble

Lmao vapologist recently got his stock and the Avacado done yes tbh it's a better tank than the throme however Vape budge low so I waiting till next batch however I stock up $125 for 120 ml can't go wrong and You guys really need to try the berry crunch can taste test before buying

This is how I steep Duane best method I find I let it sit without cap for 2 hours squeeze bottle for fresh air to come in close up shake and let it rest for 6 hrs open again and repeat. I do this for 3 days and on the fourth day let it rest all day get some warm water and let it sit in there until water cool down shake shake shake like u mad then taste if you feel it needs a bit more just do a warm water bath a few more times

Ps: that's my little Vape closet so it always in the dark

Breathing method with a bath after reason is to let some of the water or alcohol in liquids evaporate this also helps blend in the flavor if that's the result your going for however some people just put their liquid in a dark spot for three weeks without doing all the hard work this method just a fast method however there's a faster method but it can kill the flavor if not done right by doing a hot water and ice cold bath about 5 times in the space of 10 minutes each as all steeping method you must shake a whole lot so yea doing this requires some effort unlike what I suggest above

Those hot water baths greatly diminishes nicotine, so be careful, works great though if the nic level is too high for a particular juice.

Good point was sawing that on the edge cig forums on brewing juice..a good youtuber to watch is diy or die or even new amerstdan vape demand have some good material in their vids especially on mixing juice

How much for a Griffin tank @ Titan? Any cons to them?

My review is great taste and size but on the taller size.wicking is easy as I am a beginner I used some no name brand organic cotton first.also lots of clouds.have air control and at max great vapor.it have also juice control great for filling and mobility as if your always on the move . kit comes with spares included spare Pyrex glass.
Finally great tank for the price and brings you into diy aspect of vaping

Titan price is 240 or 250 Las time I think

Premium liquid are all diy inside a factor however no Jesse don't mix he orders his own I can confirm just comes and he label it I know the supplier plus I already asked him to get the clone ingredients for like muffin man and my man he blow me off to much work but if ya'll interested in premium liquids at the cheapest price bawl up at he I will then get hired to mix

If you wish to diy there's some nice starter kits cheapest way is to find them pg/vg with nic (mixed) then get the flavor separate

Oh. I rarely take mine past 40w.
I've had juice go dark in different tanks and different coils. I think it has more to do with the sugar content of the juice more than anything.
