Thai food in general so some Massaman Curry with Jasmine rice, stir fry broccoli & morning glory with Holy basil (with a scattering of chopped roasted peanuts on top for some texture), shrimp slices with a sweet chilli dip...and just to confuse things Singapore noodles as an extra side. Pomello for desert.

Taking it light this Sunday, chicken breast with baby spinach/walnut/peanut/pumpkin seed/cashew nut/chia seed/cherry tomato salad. Have some watermelon and portugals for dessert.
