Noisy neighbors

Guys need some advice...have some new neighbors that moved in since Jan. Since then it's been non stop partying by their outdoor pool and they play music at an ungodly loud level. Called the police and brought them up already to warn them. They started back at 6am this morning after being out for a night drunk.

Now I know the next step is to take it to the EMA which I plan to do tomorrow. Question I have is how effective is this and is there anything else I can do?

Next step is to probably get a large speaker setup pointed directly at their house, and then run it at good volume at random hours of the morning.

Try getting the consensus of a few other neighbors and all report it to the police, or talking directly to the neighbors.

Speak to them about the noise(if you haven't already). Call the police every time they make said noise, eventually something will give, either police in dey rass right through, and dey realize you serious, or dey go just continue having dey parties.

Ok so to answer questions
Brought the police to them once before..they warned them about the law they were breaking ( 3 officers fully equipped automatic weapons to intimidate them)
Two other neighbours also made complaints.
Cutlass thing sounds like a good idea.
Ethnicity - east Indian and confirmed unc..they were boosting about it when I took the police firs time

Have called the police five or six times previously and made two reports.

Maybe you can try getting a bit nasty.

If there are no dogs in the area, do this:

Get a small lil cheap amp, and a cheap tweeter ( or a couple)
Run a line to a lil MP3 player playing an audio file with frequencies around 8-15kHz ( you could make one in Audacity real quick)

Aim it directly at their home.

sheit is annoying as fuark, and is difficult to pinpoint the source, so they wont know it's you.

Only do it when they are playing music so they get the point.

I have a neighbour who calls the police when we liming 730pm and playing a portable usb speaker that you cant hear 15 ft away.

Just speaking to him.... Buying some noise cancelling headphones for him solved it all. Some people have nighbours like you who call police and screw d relationship. Talk it out doh cuss it out

The man play music this morning at 630 am that literally rocked the house..u think I called the police for something minor????
All of them were stone drunk
I don't mind if people play music but there are limits. I don't play music to deafen anyone much less disturb anyone. And if I do have any limes I'm considerate enough to notify the neighbors that I will be having a get together etc
