seems a bit odd that a police vehicle should be parked up in a private residence. would like to understand what's going on. off duty. taking a rest while on duty? providing security?. if off duty shouldn't the car be on duty with another officer? if on duty and doing investigations why parked inside the garage. not saying not a good explanation but would love to hear it
