This is me, my speedtest is correct but for some reason my video streaming sucks. And the disconnects are still there. I does get like 1MB when I streaming video yet the steedtest does read correct.

Also do not laugh at my package

Getting a weird issue or not sure if it's just a coincidence but I upgraded from the legacy turbo to the new turbo today (75 to 120) and ever since when my phone is connected to wifi my whatsapp is taking longer to connect to the servers and for messages to send. Working normal on data... Did a reset on modem and router and same issue.

Yeah, Trincity area, and my Flow has been so annoying.

Playing Dota I lag out a lot which never used to happen.

I cannot watch Twitch streams which I used to be able to do 2 upgrades ago (on the now 45Mb package)

Something is amiss.

I have removed my router from the equation and just using Flow's wireless modem. It's just not on my end.

Problems you guys mentioned I have too:

Phone connected via whatsapp taking longer? Yep.
Browsing smooth then all of a sudden hit enter in the browser and get a white page for a while as the internet thinks about if it is connected or not? Yep.

Speeds ranging from 45 to under 1megabit? Yep.

There's just no telling with this thing. Back when the package was what, 15, I could stream Twitch fine. Now? Nope.

I was doing TWO twitch streams at source quality the other day fine, now I cannot stream at the lowest settings.

I don't feel like calling Flow because I have had issues like this before, and I got the modem changed to this one with wireless built in. It has to be something on Flow's end and I am not calling to be told to reset modem :x

I have called and am waiting for Digicel's offering.

45Megabit sounds nice, but I cannot do the things I want. Sad.

I have 240Mbps and I can't watch Twitch either.. Really considering Digicel, could really do with their better ping and upload too.

I'm not having any issues viewing Twitch on 30Mbps package.
The stream starts instantly on High quality.

Everytime Im upgraded I feel like I'm finally getting the speed of the previous package at peak times. It's sad. My connection is rock solid. Their bandwidth is weak.

Worst thing you did was request for there wireless 2n1, Both locations of mine had issues when i sign up with flow when I took the wireless option. Constant disconnect/connection issues. Call them back take the normal modem (non wireless) and fork out money for your own router. Recently my brother sign up for flow at my mothers house and called me so i told them the same thing get rid of that sheit.

Because unlike DSL which is dedicated internet, Flow is Shared. So when everyone online at nights the speed dip. My brother does feel is me who downloading something in the night when is really flow is just terrible. Now if I do a speedtest my speed reads fine it reads full bandwidth. My issue is if I go to load a website or watch a video it sticks horribly and disconnects.

The funny thing is I can always download at full speed on torrent with Flow. LOL

Torrent is never an issue, just websites for some reason. Infact the torrent would keep running once it starts running even while the websites are timing out.

I don't think that the 'shared' comment is appropriate, because he said that he can reach the FLOW speedtest server and get 15Mbps. So if the problem in this case is in the FLOW docsis network then the result to the FLOW speedtest server would be affected too.

well I upgraded from 15 to 30, i am beginning to regret it, connection issues since I did the upgrade, torrenting files is very slow and sometimes not even possible, connnection keeps dropping all the time, the 15mbs package was performing a lot better, something has gone wrong on flows end, trying to be patient with them. Speedtest.net shows 30 for download and 3 for upload, but other sites show otherwise.
