I have personally seen light pink at the pump but internet says color should be same as vegetable oil.

Maybe they would in a year or two like they did with the facelift RAV4.

Why are drls and fancy lights so important to you? I mean they look nice but a deciding factor so...

It isn't a deciding factor per se. It's just a plus. Plus I particularly haven't had good experience with Toyota and I really don't like how they offer such basic specs and charge premium prices. But I would like to give them a go again.
Other things besides lack of projectors that I think should not be offered in a new 2015/6 vehicles are drum brakes, hubcaps, only two airbags, no ABS, etc.
DRLs aren't necessary, for instance the new Ford Wildtrak is one of my top choices as well and that doesn't have DRL. It just would've been a plus if it came with the hilux, but by no means a deciding factor. Some countries have laws that all new vehicles manufactured now should come with DRLs IIRC.

To be honest I can't make up my mind what I want really so I'm open to anything.
But once it have a good sized trunk/hatch/tray with fold down rear seats where applicable and a reasonable amount of tech, and a good sound system, that should be fine. And DRLs![]()
Pickups would've been useful in building house and transporting guitars and amp, etc. Diesel is a plus too for the north south runs once a week or so.
Also looking at the 320i, golf GTI, Focus ST, a used S3 if j can find one, new Wildtrak, Amarok..
So yeah, my choices probably don't make sense.. But those are the ones that stand out to me and within my budget..

Pickups drive like sheit imo. Can't go wrong with a 320 or an a4. Wouldn't recommend southern sales unless you have a rapport with them. The new c class is growing on me. U say u want diesel but isn't the low cost of diesel cancelled out by maintenance costs because of the quality in Trinidad? But I agree on premium being expensive as hell. Lol

Wifey beat me to the new C class. Heh.It really is a nice machine. That interior wins hands down. Especially the ambient lighting! I prefer the driving experience with the BMW tho; test drove the 320i last year.
Premium is expensive eh but getting 600-700kms a tank with these new euros cancel out the cost IMO. I was told by several owners that the outgoing A4 uses super though. With decent fuel economy still. And RS relatively cheap compared to the competition. But then there's SS after service.
I'm used to paying about $1 per 1km with my last vehicle so anything really would be an upgrade.
Was considering the new IS as well, but didn't see Toyota offering it for sale here. And I'm sure it'll be a lot mor expensive than the A4 and 320i

Best Auto has a diesel Passat.
You should check that out

You usually save up front when you buy gas power over diesel power but in this case the diesel vehicle is already cheaper.....
