HELP: AVH x2700bs cutting off and freezing

Reading about this issue happening to other touchscreen decks from the 2015 era. Screen will cut off, buttons go unresponsive, areas of the screen will go unresponsive, freezing of the display among other issues.

Coworker got one of these and tried upgrading the software, downgrading it, checking wiring etc and everything is ok. From my research seems this is not the only double din model with issues.

Has anyone found a solution for this yet?

head unit is faulty.
Ive encountered this problem with many of those units...the 270bt, 2700bhs and also the 3700bhs.
replace unit.
updating firmware doesnt work.

I was told pioneer units from late 2014 to mid 2015 have a fault in d software causing this
Problem corrected in units manufactured after
Problem can't b repaired
See if u can get it replaced
