engine problems?!

Postby mitsu_chick941 » December 15th, 2015, 11:17 am

guys i need some advice....

when i start my car on mornings, the engine sputters and some times the car cuts off.

I have service injectors, changed fuel pump, spray out the throttle body....done a diagnostic (everything is fine)......still getting the problem.

This car is driving me crazy...arghhhh

The mechanic said the only thing he can do again is run some line direct to the engine or something so.

I think i should change the air filter also.

But i can't understand what is causing this....it started happening when gas price went up! :|

any ideas/solutions?!

You change fuel pump or filter?
Try starting without the air filter just to be sure. Although i leaning towards coil pack

Did you service injectors by taking out the injectors and cleaning. If not try this way.
I had the same problem and only when the physically took out the injectors and clean them, did the issue stop.

Oddly I having this exact problem with my rav4. Down to the x twice and it starts normal. Thought I got bad gas from unipet marabella.

I noticed engine oil on the end of my plugs however.
