Mitsubishi Rosa is around 600ish
Toyota is a tad bit more
Rights (Red band) 120-130K depending on who you buying it from (case of supply and demand)
Insurance (once a loan is used to acquire) is about the 50K as mentioned. But it may change as it also depends on your history on owning a Maxi Taxi i.e. if you a first time Maxi owner then don't expect much discounts.
So you basically in at 770K.
Bus Route pass is not attainable unless you on the waiting list for a few years or you purchase the Maxi with one from a previous owner (so no new Maxi here).
Bus Route passes DO NOT transfer from one owner to a new owner unless you are the owners spouse/next of kin and said owner died or proved unfit to work etc.
You can only have ONE Maxi registered in your name.
You must have in your possession:
1. Maxi Taxi Owners/Operators Permit
2. Taxi Badge
3. Class 4 Permit
Installments are around 14K per month but this is depending on your down-payment that your financier of choice is willing to accept.
Options for Financing:
Eastern Credit Union
And Banks depending on your credit history.
Repairs are VERY costly as an alternator from the company is 14k, AC compressor is around 7K (maxi has 2) AC fans are 3K (last price I heard) etc.
There is a bunch of Chinese parts on the market, but they are lasting half the time an original will at just under half the price.
With talks of a rapid rail by this administration currently in power, I would hold off on making that kind of investment until either they commence construction or scrap the idea all together as no one knows yet how it will affect the Maxi Taxi trade.
