Baleno Idle Speed rises and falls

Hey guys - my 1998 Baleno (G16B engine) starts-up first turn of the key. After warming-up (say about ten minutes) the idle speed fluctuates , and if you are driving - the car starts to buck.
I changed plugs, plug wires, cleaned actuator, intake body, but it still happens.

HELP Needed.

is there an oil leak ???..pull out a spark and see if there is oil there
