loose statements?..sorry bro, but what i said is FACT...those were the words from the operator to a lone female driver (who paid her full subscription fees) with a flat tyre on the rivulet road, couva at about 5.30pm getting dark.
Sorry if you don't like it..but that is what happens, and im sure it happens all the time to ppl...

Mr. KURMAman, Note that I posted an actual list of comparative times re call to pick-up to delivery, referring to another comment about long delays in response.

In your instance I hope that the individual would have reported the experience to the Office, so that it could have been investigated.

but u took pains to post an avalanche of info for which I can only surmise, is intended to deflect attention from the actual complaint :

perhaps u shud FIRST apologise for the inconvenience to the member, THEN post the data of this actual 'roadside emergency' for better comparison ?? instead of shuffling off the customer into a time-wasting exercise, YOU should have immediately apologised for NOT DOING YOUR JOB & then invite the customer to send in a complaint AT HER CONVENIENCE so that YOU could follow up.

the complaint ?? :
My friend had this on her car..full comprehensive insurance and all..she got a flat by couva at 5pm..getting dark and stuff..she called dem, gave them her name and what not.... and dey told her "sorry, we cannot come to assist because your insurance doesn't cover it."..and dat was the end of that...
