Actually the infrastructure costs for the silicon valley's major corporations have been dropping. More efficient server farms, fewer staff etc.
The costs which are rising are from Hollywood where it is costs then more to obtain their programming from the major film/tv studios and also the rising costs of their original programming.
Series like Sense8, Narcos, House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, Daredevil etc. are expensive to make.
