On the Beaufort Wind Scale it may be classified as a strong breeze "Large tree branches move, telephone wires begin to "whistle", umbrellas are difficult to keep under control.
Larger waves form, whitecaps prevalent, spray"

Thus far the rains that have been blessing us for the pass week or so just don't seem to be that significant to really assist with improving our water resources to feed WASA.
Really hope we catch-up.

Bulletin#

Date: Monday 12th of October 2015
ISSUED AT:06:18PM

At 6:00pm today an active Tropical Wave
interacting with the Inter-Tropical Convergence
Zone (ITCZ) was located near 350 km east of the
Southern Windward Islands. The Tropical Wave is
moving towards the west near 25km/hr - 30km/hr.

Current Meteorological analysis and Numerical
Weather Prediction Models forecast strong low
level winds as well as an increase in low to
mid-level moisture and instability mainly after
mid-night.

Cloudy conditions with periods of light to
moderate rain and/or showers, some of which can
be heavy and thundery at times are forecast to
start affecting Trinidad and Tobago after
mid-night into tomorrow morning.

Heavy downpours can yield rainfall accumulations
of 30-50 millimeters or even greater in some
locations. Gusty winds in excess of 50 km/h and
localized street/flash flooding can occur in the
vicinity of heavy showers or thundershowers. The
possibility of landslides/landslips also exists
in areas so prone.

Given the expected conditions, citizens are
therefore advised to be vigilant and cautious as
they conduct their daily activities and should
adopt measures which would preserve life and
property. Be alert to electrical discharges from
thundercloud activity.

WE WISH TO UNDERSCORE THAT AT THIS TIME TRINIDAD
AND TOBAGO IS NOT UNDER ANY TROPICAL STORM
THREAT, WATCH OR WARNING.

Citizens are advised to be vigilant and cautious
given forecast conditions. Please pay attention
to the media or visit our website at
www.metoffice.gov.tt/forecast for daily weather
updates at 6am, 10am, 3pm and 6pm.

The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service is
closely monitoring this weather system and will
issue an update if the situation warrants.

That system seems dissapated due to strong north easterly winds so unless something forms by morning its gonna be dry.Wouldnt have minded the rain though, tonight is starting to make warm.
