nah bro, te boat came in due to some mechanical failures...shud be here in ah couple weeks but u may hav to buy a whole fish unless i decide to clean an prep the fish u cud get how much u want...

I takin a whole fish. Abt 15lbs. I will handle d cleaning. Also if u want to trow in some stingray aswell.

is stuff coming off long liners so no fish wud be around 15lbs...most wud be more for sure and no stingray homes...

Fellaz...
I have a problem:

I washed my 2 reels last night

1 with mono
The other with braid

The one with braid smelling rel fresh
The mono smelling ok


What to do?

Manzan catch. Caught d pompano Monday along with plenty chuf chuf and catfish. Caught a 12 pound cat fish today and a small cobia, threw it back though.

That cobia's a really cool catch particularly for manzan. Usually they like them calmer waters around the mangroves/gulf.

Yeah meccali I wondering now if it hv big ones in d surf, it had some schools of mullet dat pass through and fish was running dem but dey went so fast.

Maybe live mullet or big eye for dem, d water not even really clean, brownish and murky.

patos thursday was best banking in years, water like glass, fish bite all day long

over 100lbs of salmon were caught, couldn't get much pics though

pics below wasn't even a quarter of the haul.

Everybody preference yes. I love spiderwire but right now I using powerpro, bought it when I couldn't get spiderwire.

I bought some 30lb Camo colored spiderwire and after 1 use its began fading....

Wanted to put some on my other reel and didnt mind trying another brand, so i looking for some reviews.

Standard power pro works well, slick 8 fades quickly as well and gets flossy. Best braid I've used is sufix performance braid. sufix 832 is supposed to be even better but I haven't bothered with standard pp lasting.

Well all @ 80lb test are between 30-40US on amazon for 300-500yard spool.

So guess i will try either the suffix or the powerpro then

Now come back from DDI, went Copper Hole. Caught some decent reds and level crapud fish.

the new powerpro max cuatro real nice...great casting due to smaller diameter...there is also jerry brown which works really gd and last really long...

Pressure yesterday in d gulf, boat gv real trouble, fishing time got cut down and fish bite one by one and biting soft too.

My father caught a nice 9 pound tripletail on a floating line and a small hammerhead. But pressure otherwise.

that is a nice tripletail boy Proton, which boat you all use? I surprise to hear them fish bite so soft on the full moon. Next week is last quarter, nice night for fishing.
