There are some like the but they are not ones you would typically come across.
Not to mention a spider has developed to hunt smaller prey. not people...

P.S. Tarantulas arent one of them....

Something I learnt. Whatever bite you. Kill it. Helps with treatment because it can be identified. Especially snakes and spiders.

I saw a spider bite on someone. Definitely not cool. Looked similar to a nostril with snat. Ew.

Ohyea and the coconut. I'll never pickup a bunch without looking.

I saw Janfars post but have there been any documented sightings by UWI or the TTFNC or other such bodies?

I can imagine one or two arriving then not doing so well in the climate and deading otherwise why wouldn't they have just spread throughout the US rather than be limited to certain states?

BTW don't forget to check your sheets before you go to bed tonight..you never know

So christmas morning I went outside to get some fresh seasonings from my home garden. Just as I was about to wash them after coming back to the kitchen (after holding these in my hand for a few mins walking outside) I notice this small bright white spider.

Never saw this before - and it's not very big at all as you can tell from the size of it next to local oregano leaves, but it was the very white colour (extremely white in real life and looked almost albino to me, just like it appears in the first pic in actuality) and large abdominal area that caught me by surprise, and had me wondering.

Any idea what it is? Anything out the ordinary that I should have been concerned about, since I was clutching those oregano leaves in my hand for a while...
