yeah boy, i caught them already down the islands. Not plentiful though and not big ones either.

Shud release dem though...not gd eating an are a real gd gamefish...i caught them all over trinidad real early in d morning...more on shrimp an crabs

Yeah locally they're called banaan. They're a flats fish, william's bay is prime habitat. If you snorkel there you'll see the holes of grey mud they leave behind when they feed. Prime time is around 5-8 when they come in to feed shallow in the seagrass itself.

Pigeon point in d back does hv, saw dead ones like 4 pound on d beach there too. They does take flies or small lures.

Right in d surf between d old jetties u does catch some big zilwan on shrimps and caster. In d night big stingrays from d jetty with cut herring and thing.

Early morning from d jetty small cavalli and ancho.

But i asked...anyhow, heard some nice kingfish biting rite now...no babies, nice size...one of the cabali we held weekend...weighed around 25-30

Nah, clean & cut meat into small chunks, add onions, garlic, parsley, sweet peeper strips, cucumber with seeds out, hot pepper and plenty lime juice salt and pepper .Mix well, cover with damp cloth and place in back of the boat for 2-3 hours to 'cook' in the sun

serve with crix. ngom

Hey guys. For fellow boat owners who uses net. I have a 300 lb green ...GREEN net for sale. Its 4" hole by 150 hole dept.It is brand new. Never touched salt water. I am selling it because it turned out to be over size for my boat. It cost me 35 k for material and labour to build. I'm selling it for 30k. Anyone interested please pm me. I would give further details.

Got a last minute invite to a 4:30 am tide tomorrow on the sw coast. Gonna try a new "wrench jig" if it's deep enuff. Literally walking with a casting rod, 1/2 litre icecream container with some pre made wire carolina rigs, two wrench jigs I made, a popper, a 1 oz feather and a caster with a 6 oz and 2 smallish hooks. Case of beer done on ice.
