I caught real big nurse sharks on the east, hardly see dem chag side other than the grand bcuz i believe spearfishermen shoot dem out...great fish to fight...

There hav plenty tarpon, snook an snappers but i ent eating nutting from there...hahahha

Yeah, they follow the mullet up. The scent of diego martin river not worth it for me lol. I see fellas hook a tarpon on a big line on a bleach bottle by the salt factory, had a good laugh that night lol.

Probably head towards tracking station first, make a pass in 2nd and then the gran. Taking my newly shortened shakespear with 30 lb mono to play some top water etc. doh feel for banking these days.

Hopefully the highway isn't bumper to bumper tomorrow.

I have a couple hedon super spooks and poppers to try out as well, but no m/h gears on that boat. Only a bucket of hand casters and a couple of light daiwas, 2000 & 2500. No bleach bottles.

Heading DDI and environs banking / jetty ....lets see how its goes

btw i got into to CG for the first time wed and there was 4-5ft tarpon like drain fish below the jetty....didnt have any mullet or proper lures to get them...hooked up a few jacks and decent size reds

yeah, last time I went there one of the cg fellas catch one right next to shore easy
make everybody on the jetty look bad

We went twenny4 n just inside the 2nd bocas

Got about 12 salmon 2-4 pounders, few reds, grunt, groupers, kept the bigger catfish, n one 10 pound Hammer head. Water was getting choppy. Kept Us from filling the boat, we had to fill one Ice box only

Fellas a little advice needed , I'm lookin for a decent reel and rod to start back fishing after some years . Looking for a set up to fish from on shore , can u all point me in the rite direction as to a brand , model etc and also where is the best place to purchase locally , thanks in advance.
