Windscreen Stone Chip Repair

Postby gabba » June 10th, 2015, 7:17 pm

Can anyone recommend someone or company who does a good job doing stone chip repair on windscreens.

I have a tiny one on my front windscreen.

Thanks in advance.

I remember this being discussed on tuner before and several users mentioned a placed in Cocoyea that gave good results. Try doing a search and see if that helps.

The Windshield Doctor - 761-2744

He's based in Chaguanas, but I believe he also comes to you to do repairs if needed.

I first came across him when I made a windshield claim on my insurance policy (they recommended him), and used him a couple times after that. Did a good job.

Just remember, the longer you leave the crack, and the more dirt and rain you drive through, the more visible it will be after the repair.

If possible, try to put a piece of tape over it until you get it fixed.

Islandwide Windshield is most likely the guy you went by in Marabella.

Only problem is he is on the extreme opposite side of the country from my location.

But from all the reviews he sounds very professional and good.
